 Play the game“Simple Simon says ”. Tell the students that they have to follow the teacher instructions. They must have only follow the instruction when it is preceded by the words “Simple Simon says”.

T：Simple Simon says touch your head.

Ss: (touch their heads)

T: Touch your stomachs.

Ss: (don’t touch their stomachs).

Step1.

Have the students look at the pictures, and told them : I am at home. I am not at school. Why? Let them guess.

Step2.

Listen to the tape carefully and try to know what happened to them? Listen to the tape again and repeat these sentences.

Step3.

 Write down the key sentences on the board and explain them, when and how to use it.

Step4.

Ask them some questions such as: What happened to Li Jie/ WangFei/ Shanshan/ Mingming?

Step5.

 Learn to sing.

 Play the spoken version of the song and get the students to repeat the words.

 Play the second version and let the students listen to the melody or they can sing along with the music.
